Completing work after last weekends land slip both tonight and tomorrow late night diversions via Stafford - as a result a 23.30 rail replacement all the way from Birmingham to London.

£100 company, with no obvious connection to Wrexham, Shropshire & Marylebone, still a live Arriva company, has applied for a track access agreement for services between Wrexham and Euston calling at Darlaston and Walsall using cl.222s.

I don't think there has ever been a passenger service between Park Lane and Water Orton.

One Eminence coach seemed to accomodate all the passenger on the train I got off at Rugby, most passengers seemed to opt to catch a train towards Birmingham. possibly because journey planners made that quicker. Two other coaches were there, one of which late arrived at Stafford, where another Eminence coach was working south.

A registration in this weeks notices and proceeding for a new 51 service from Moreton-in-Marsh to Stratford via Ilmington and Stretton-on-Fosse starting in September, five times a day - their website reveals it also serves Shipston.

Stretton-on-Fosse currently seems to only have one bus a week.

Just picked up this operator working a 282 service between Stowe and Colton - presumably using  a taxi or similar. The grant  in N&P 2394  doesn't have the usual page of conditions, in the pdf at least.

Oddly despite passing Rugeley TV station its not listed as a stop - presumably the idea is to connect the 825 or 841  somewhere.

Is there any sign of activity at Dudley on this?

Arriva 826/7/35/6 are withdrawn from September 1st and D and G have cancelled their school variations.

At about 13.40 screen at Grand Central was showing trams only running from Bull St. Car 30 (which has no logo or number on the  Birmingham end) was standing at the top of Corporation St with a fitter in the cab, and Bull St stop was showing next tram 39  minutes.

BV66GVL was noted at Stafford today  replacing the 18.02 Crewe-Euston. Seemingly from appearance, not to mention fleetlist on the site a new entity replacing AJK Travel.I cannot find either operator in the PSVC G-list.

38 is YX09FME, FMC is on today's Ensign list to Midland Classic.

It would appear these are now being produced weekly, slightly ameliorating the lack of a facility to do a daily search - I wondered if fortnightly publication was  enshrined in legislation, but it only says "as may be prescribed", presumablye by the Secretary of State for Transport,
