Has it? I was under the impression whittles only started on there from 15th October 2012 so for them it is a fairly new route.
Whittles did run on  it for a while before that  date , they restarted on it  then think  they started on it when the finished the 16,

I have a Whittle brochure which states that the 3 service was reintroduced on 15th October 2012, at the same time as the introduction of the 2C and the withdrawal of the 11

Must be same leaflet I have-wonder if whittles have a new one out now? I haven't seen one...

I picked mine up from Stourbridge Interchange a while back, last time I looked I think it was the same one but will check next time I go there

Oh right, that wasn't where I got mine from. Mine was from the 192 bus but if it were in Stourbridge bus station it would be more helpful. Hopefully will check tomorrow.

Yeah, it was in the racks of leaflets between the 142 stand and the lift.

I have never been on a Whittle bus myself, but hope to change that next Saturday...

Thanks. I know it is slightly off topic but is the Arriva Wolverhampton booklet available somewhere other than Wolverhampton?

John

You might be able to get one in Walsall. They usually have all 3 booklets for the West Midlands

125 from Stourbridge runs along part of the 276 (you get a 5 minute connection at Mary Stevens. Park between the two...)

No 301 Diamond leaflets in Walsall Travel Shop.

Do they put them on the buses themselves?

No wonder the service is being chopped if there was never any info about it!

Yes they do! Full service guide with all timetables and new maps for main towns. Available on some buses in the luggage area, as the leaflet holders have been removed for some reason. I'm sure they'd send you a copy if you contact them.

I have it on good authority (my mate - he went passed the bus station today) and according to him R503 CNP has departed Kidderminster once and for all although it's mysterious as R455 CCV is still parked up  just seems odd how one has gone but the other hasn't.

On another subject my mate was waiting for the bus last night and apparantly W905 JNF wouldn't start (he reckoned it was the battery as he heard a clicking sound I've not seen it in service today either so I don't know if it's been mentioned anywhere else or not.

Some of the other Darts sold at the same time to Peters, Redditch are still awaiting to be collected from the overflow yard at Tividale, including 30157, 30875 & 31181,

He'd have a job catching the bus at night - there aren't any!

It is indeed very sad that she has gone I guess all that really remains to say is goodnight (as far as we know) 31507/42455 and thank you for 16 years of loyal service (1997 - 2014)  :'(

Although it's not really goodbye as in a way her memory will live on in VX54 MUC/MUO/MUP so although she will no longer be in service at least her "spirit" will live on (...until such a time when Rotala decide to withdraw the 54 plate Darts in around 6/7 years time that is...)
