A conductor (guard?) told me the T69s were due to finish by the end of this month, and St George's reopening at the same time. 28/9/30 to enter service at the same time.

06/08-10 were out today. 10 terminated at Wednesbury Parkway about 1330 and went into the depot so if it is the last day of T69s I was 10's last passenger! But the conductor said they'd go on for some time yet. Just in case I went on 06/08/10.

06 was out on Saturday so the T69s live on!

All of the trams on the Birmingham side of Dudley Street today were T69s

I have been told that there are issues preventing at least two of the CAF's entering service and that the T69's will be in service until the end of May.

A new book will be available soon "An Illustarted History of the T69 Trams" by Andrew Coward. All profits to go to charity.

When I went to Wolves on May 5 the only T69 out was 06. It's strange how variable the rosters seem to be.

Had a ride from brum to bilston this evening and saw 3 t69s in service: 08, 10 & 16. Good to see them carrying on for the moment.
