Exactly and this is on one of the older buses so the cctv on the enviros must be even clearer. Does it not reinforce further the argument for single decks over deckers?

I don't why NXWM don't put monthly 'Wanted' posters up each & every month specific to each garage showing mug shots of the scum that they want to catch up with, listing the offences / damage they have caused including the confidential text/hotline numbers. Also, they should name & shame the people they have successfully prosecuted including fines etc
It may make others think twice before committing similar offences if they see NXWM are actively viewing the CCTV or better still the parents may get to see what their offspring are up too

Didn't they do something like that with the old Crystal Eyes 11 software? They certainly used to show missing persons and I'm sure i once saw someone wanted by WMP for something? Would certainly be a positive step if they started naming and shaming. I'm sure London Midland used to name and shame convicted fare-dodgers on posters in stations.

Said prolific photo thief has said that if a photo is shown on Google, there is some sort of common law that says that those photos aren't owned by anybody. Got to go straight in the top 5 crap excuses ive ever heard. His belief is the same as the quote, if its on the internet, anybody can have it. I know my persistence may make me sound like I'm moaning again but I'm not. It's just not fair on talented photographers/knowledgeable enthusiasts (I don't fit in either category but hey ho)

Yes they can 'copy' it but they cannot distribute it which is clearly what a lot of ppl do including Mr original 'Jacksy Jones'. Then again you can't smoke in the bus station...drive a car with no insurance....neither r u supposed to rape & stab ppl. We live in a society of animals, so I guess getting someone to remove a picture......

@Rhys S to take the photo down by 00:00 on Friday 3rd July I will take further action against his facebook page as this is not the first time he has done this.
Following this I messaged
@Rhys S to ask him more personally to take it down and reiterate that he had stolen the photo and that it was breaking the law and his response was along the lines of 'He dosen't care'
I am saying this now that I apologise if people think I am being harsh on Rhys but I do not appreciate people stealing photos as wouldn't most people.
I am on that photo so by rights I will keep the photo

Tried mate, intellectual property use is effective and states that only the creator (I.e me!) has the ownership to the item in question (I.e My Photo) and that if someone wished to use it they must ask permission or it is a crime. I believe not I think the age min for FaceBook is 13 (Although not 100%)

Both of which are criminal offences, I strongly suggest you remove the picture before the incident escalates, being in a photo does not give you right of ownership, if that was so the majority of members on this forum would have the rights to half of Tony's photos and anyone who shares their photography skills kindly here from Flickr.

Makes a change, that one has been taken off facebook, not off the website. Difference is the gentleman in front of the bus, taken with my phone not my camera. The four buses were actually only like that for about 2 minutes, if you look closely you can see the West Bromwich engineer in the cab of 4748 waiting to take it away, so the line up only lasted from the time I parked the platinum to when he reversed the crimson away. The only other person to take a photo was the gentleman in the photograph (paintshop manager) so definitely my photo!
I was on 4646 earlier and I couldn't help but smell cannabis, I knocked it off and as their were a few youngsters who came on although what they do outside isn't my concern although after just looking up, I saw a lad actually smoking a joint on the top decker ! Its quite disgusting behaviour and I hope NX look into it

It's quite regular in my experience. Only on Saturday, I had two groups smoking it, and other passengers began to kick up a fuss with me. One passenger tried to open my cab door to try and attacking me simply because they weren't happy with the fact that I wouldn't get out the cab to kick them off lol.
I did what I'm paid to do, and that's pressing the smoking and substance button.

Can someone actually tell me the point of copying a photo anybody can see on the internet onto another site anybody can see on the internet?
If I find it is a member of this forum they are likely to be kicked off here as well

I can watermark them, but I like people to see the photograph not a great big watermark over the front of a bus, the annoying thing is, as several people will tell you, if I am asked if people can use my photos I normally say yes as long as there is a credit to the website where they have been taken from.

Have joined Flikr and followed him and left a few little "comments" on some of his pics.
It looks like they have now added links in the description to the page from this site where the photo was taken from.

Well it doesn't necessarily have to be a massive watermark for example it could be small and opaque at the bottom of the image

Difficult, but some people who steal photos are daft enough to use the same name in both places

Yeah I had a look by searching the specific fleetnumber of each photo on his page and see duplicates so obviously stolen.
They have also Photoshop offer adverts on them as well

Ben Homer.... he has stolen the above from Tony's main photo site. He has also stolen photographs from various flickr accounts as well as older photographs from Tony, all in the photos section on his profile page.

I've heard quite a bit about him. He put a post up earlier on a Facebook group saying that the photos he was uploading from now on were "his"...They both turned out not to be...

He requested to join my facebook group not once but twice I rejected both times and blocked him the second time he tried.
If you look at the Date it is clearly the Same dame Tony Took It Tony you might need to only give Members Access to this Site mate.

All I can suggest is that if you find one of your own photos on his Facebook page, then report it to Facebook.

There's a lot of Tony's photos on that account. Majority are freshly repainted Crimson/Coventry blue photos.
